1. Services

Prestige Auto Finish provides mobile car detailing services, including interior and exterior cleaning, polishing, and related services. All services are performed at the location provided by the customer at the time of booking.

2. Appointments & Scheduling

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone, text, or online booking. 
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances. 
  • Customers must ensure access to the vehicle at the scheduled time. 

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and selected service package. 
  • Final pricing may be adjusted upon inspection of the vehicle. 
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. 
  • We accept cash and approved digital payments such as apple pay and cash app. 

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. 
  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. 
  • No-shows may result in refusal of future service. 

5. Vehicle Condition & Liability

  • Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage to the vehicle. 
  • Prestige Auto Finish is not responsible for: 
    • Pre-existing damage 
    • Wear and tear (faded paint, loose trim, etc.) 
    • Damage caused by improperly installed parts or aftermarket accessories 
  • We take all reasonable care, but detailing may reveal hidden defects. 

6. Weather Policy (Mobile Service)

  • Services may be rescheduled due to rain, extreme temperatures, or unsafe working conditions. 
  • Customers will be notified as soon as possible. 

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of service. 
  • We will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns. 

8. Access Requirements

  • Customer must provide safe and legal access to the service location. 
  • If water or electricity is required, it must be accessible unless otherwise agreed. 

9. Personal Belongings

  • Customers must remove all personal items from the vehicle prior to service. 
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle. 

10. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

  • Conditions are unsafe 
  • The vehicle is excessively dirty beyond agreed scope 
  • The customer behaves inappropriately 

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.

Return and Refund Policy

Prestige Auto Finish provides professional mobile car detailing services. Due to the nature of these services, all sales are considered final once the service has been completed.

2. Refund Policy

  • We do not offer full refunds after a service has been completed. 
  • Refunds will only be considered in cases where: 
    • The service was not performed as agreed 
    • There was a clear error or issue caused by our team 

Any approved refunds will be issued at our discretion.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Customer satisfaction is important to us. 
  • If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion. 
  • We will offer a free re-service or touch-up to correct any issues before considering a refund. 

4. Deposits (If Applicable)

  • Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. 
  • Deposits may be applied to a rescheduled appointment at our discretion. 

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for refunds. 
  • No-shows will not receive a refund and may be charged a fee or required to pay a deposit for future bookings. 

6. Service Limitations

  • Detailing results may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle. 
  • We do not guarantee: 
    • Complete stain removal 
    • Scratch or paint defect removal unless specifically agreed upon 
  • These limitations do not qualify for refunds. 

7. Weather & Rescheduling

  • If we must reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will not be charged additional fees, and your payment/deposit will be transferred to the new appointment. 

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Customers agree to contact Prestige Auto Finish first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback. 
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action or refusal of future service.
